What all Fathers of Little Girls Need to Know How to Do

Well, three weeks later and the last of our family and friends have left, at least until Saturday when my mother comes for a week. It has been a blessing to have Shelly's mom, Pennie, and our friend, Xan, here. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate for much of their visits. There was enough sun out for some walks around town and margaritas on our deck. Otherwise both visits were way to short, and we hope to see them again soon.

On a different note, Madison is big into ponytails and pigtails (I like to call her Punky Bruster), which means I have spent many of a morning pulling and tugging on Madison's hair as I attempt to make two symmetric pigtails. I therefore recommend all fathers of little girls to start practicing making ponytails. Because you might feel, uncomfortable buying a doll to practice your ponytail-making ability, I recommend you practice on your wife or on your dog if it has long hair. Since Shelly is not big on being practicing on her and I don't have a dog, Madison is forced to walking around with asymmetric pigtails, something I am sure is quietly scarring her and will cost me thousands later in psychiatrist bills.

As for the Kate watch, that baby can fart! honestly, she could make a fat man blush. Some of her farts wouldn't fit on a multi-disc record.
